Museo de la Pasión Boquense

Visit the Museo de la Pasión Boquense in La Boca, Buenos Aires: 360° cinema, trophies, immortalised icons, and the full La Bombonera stadium tour. Open 10am–6pm.

La Boca , Buenos Aires

Located at Brandsen 805, at the foot of the iconic Estadio La Bombonera, the Museo de la Pasión Boquense is the first football-themed space in all of the Americas. Inaugurated in the neighbourhood of La Boca, it combines cutting-edge exhibition technology with the emotional heritage of one of the most celebrated clubs in the world. The visit is designed to move lifelong fans and visitors who arrive knowing nothing about football alike.

The museum route

The first-floor itinerary begins with El Plantel de Todos los Tiempos (The All-Time Squad), where figures of the club’s most iconic players welcome visitors and can be photographed alongside them. Next, Esto es Boca (This is Boca) is the highlight of the visit: a 360° audiovisual show that, through images, sound, and the passion of the supporters, conveys the mystique the club generates match after match at La Bombonera.

On the second floor, Los Campeonatos (The Championships) presents all of the club’s national and international titles — the most of any club in the country — on a striking video wall of 28 monitors integrated with the original cups. La Gloria (Glory) displays the most important trophies alongside historical documents, kit, and personal belongings of the club’s icons. The route also includes Genio y Pasión (Genius and Passion), a tribute to Diego Armando Maradona, and El Barrio (The Neighbourhood), a light, sound, and image installation recreating the typical streets of La Boca.

Estadio Tour

For those who want to go beyond the museum, there are two options with stadium access. The Visita Express allows visitors to see the pitch from a panoramic vantage point in the Tribuna Popular Sur. The full Estadio Tour includes seating areas, the terrace, the pitch, and the away team’s dressing room, making it a singular experience for any football fan.
