Alma Cebada Cerveteca

Alma Cebada Cerveteca in Trevelin, Chubut: craft beer from four local breweries, two distinct spaces, and regionally influenced food. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 18:00.

Trevelin , Chubut

Alma Cebada Cerveteca was founded in mid-2017 in Trevelin as a simple beer refill and dispatch point. Over time it grew into what its founders now describe as a community: a space that brings together local artisan producers under a shared philosophy of cooperativism and teamwork.

Two spaces, one approach

The project has two venues with different characters. La Cerveteca, the original location, maintains an intimate, welcoming style. La Cervecería is a renovated space where a range of beer varieties can be tried alongside dishes with a regional influence. Both venues share the beer list produced by the breweries that make up the collective: Euthópia, Grans Val, Marlina, and TLB — four Trevelin-based producers who work together.

Craft beers from the Cordillera

The beer offering covers a range of styles, labels, colors, and aromas. Recipes are made with a careful selection of raw materials, with ongoing attention to the production process. The food offer complements the beers with simple preparations designed for pairing.

A meeting place in Trevelin

Alma Cebada was founded by six craft brewers who share a common conviction: cooperativism over competition. This ethos defines the dynamics of the venue, which from its earliest days became part of Trevelin’s social life and built a connection with the community that extends beyond the food and drink offer.

The venue is located at Avenida Coronel Fontana 210, in the center of Trevelin, and opens Wednesday to Sunday from 18:00 to 02:00.
