Bodega Furfaro

Located in the heart of the Valle de Calamuchita, Bodega Furfaro is a space dedicated to high-altitude winemaking in the province of Córdoba. Since 2012, this estate has worked across six hectares of vineyards that draw on the particular characteristics of the terrain to develop wines with a distinct identity. The project is built around the integration between the winery and its natural surroundings, where vine cultivation coexists with a landscape of sierras and mineral soils.

The Terroir and Production

Winemaking at this estate is grounded in the climatic and geological conditions of the region. The mineral soils and high-altitude climate allow varieties such as Malbec to develop a freshness characteristic of mountain zones, while whites like Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc find an elegant expression in this microclimate. Alongside the vineyards, the landscape is completed by more than 200 olive trees planted with the same care.
