Wine Discovery Food Wine Experiences

Buenos Aires , buenos-aires

This experience focuses on the study and appreciation of the world of wine through a tour that integrates viticulture with gastronomic culture. At the core of the proposal is the direct connection between fieldwork in the vineyards and the final production process in the winery, making it possible to understand the evolution of the grape through to the finished product. The activity unfolds by integrating elements of the agricultural landscape and the production techniques that define the identity of the region.

The vineyard and winery tour

The visit begins with a walk through the vineyards, where the focus is placed on agronomic practices and the cultivation techniques essential to the development of the vine. This first contact allows for a close look at land management and the maintenance work that ensures the quality of the harvest. The tour continues into the interior of the winery, a space where winemaking tradition meets modern production methods.

At this stage, it is possible to move through the cellar area and the barrel room, where French oak casks used for the aging of the most structured red wines are kept. Passing through these areas allows one to understand how temperature control and the use of specific wood influence the sensory profile of the wine, adding complexity and character to the selected varieties.

Tasting and regional pairing

The highlight of the activity takes place in the tasting room, located on the upper floor of a historic country house. This space is designed to facilitate a detailed sensory analysis, where various labels reflecting the identity of the place are presented. The proposal includes the tasting of five different wines, among which selected varieties and a late-harvest sample (Kaid Vendemmia Tardiva) stand out.

The experience is not limited to wine alone, but is rounded out with a pairing based on local and seasonal products. The gastronomic selection includes traditional elements such as bread with olive oil, cheeses, and salumi, along with other products typical of the area. This accompaniment aims to highlight the wine’s notes and offer a comprehensive view of regional food culture, linking the product of the vine with the flavors of the land.
